1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 Apologies were received from Joyce Watson. Keith Davies attended as a substitute.
1.2 The Chair made a statement in response to the report of the Commission on Devolution in Wales.
2 Scrutiny of the Minister for Natural Resources and Food - Financial scrutiny
2.1 The Minister and officials responded to questions from members of the Committee.
2.2 The Minister agreed to write to the Committee with further information on the compensation scheme for the fishing industry following recent storm damage.
3 Scrutiny of the Minister for Natural Resources and Food - General scrutiny
3.1 The Minister and officials responded to questions from members of the Committee.
3.2 The Minister agreed to provide details on the number of Glastir contracts that had been issued to farmers by 1 January 2014, and the number of contracts returned to date.
3.3 The Minister agreed to provide details of the Committee’s comments on the collection of recycling to the Ministerial policy board on recycling.
